Hi Karyna...apt 8A constantly has roaches and I am told the toilet always stinks as well—it just appears `not clean' to guests. The seal in the toilet must not work well so it smells like sewer I think we should exchange it for another apartment...your thoughts? Can I send this along to Jeffrey? or can you speak to him about it? I have Anthony getting us an exterminator, but we have had one in the past once a month and still the issur exists..I know the plumber has gone in to try and `fix' the toilet, but that hasn't worked either...
