I've been working on SF as a start for west coast meetings 12/15. Early
stages, but here is who I have reached out to:
Iconiq - RIA/multi-family office. Lots of FB and other tech execs. You may
want to research Divesh Makan before we go. Have accepted meeting, need to
set time
CFM - Omidyar/Yang family office.
Rothenberg ventures - growing venture capital firm. Could be good source of
connections.
Osher Foundation - http://www.osherfoundation.org/. Used to hold too much
WB stock, have had hedging discussions in the past
Thiel Capital - Peter Thiel's family office
Hillspire
Have you ever come across Hall Capital? Big alternatives RIA in SF. They
were a target at CS, but I never met them.
If we are heading to LA, should try for Merage, SBE, Tutor and Henry Nicholas
For Denver, I can try to get into Anschutz, but it has been a long time
since I did work there.
