My thoughts as to scheduling
1.we are looking at ordereing a dehumidifier for the system that will bring the humidity down to 45% for about
$3,000,expressed in from Fla. and be operational in a week. The room should dry in 30 days in my opinion.4/2/10 to5/2/10
2.Fancelli wood workers should be done by Fri. and go home with everything done except the blackboard.3/26/10
3.The fancelli painters are going home and will return when the wood is climafized3/24/10
4.We could put the scaffolding up next week and by Thurs.3/28/10 have it ready for lon.he could do his work while the
dehumidifier is working 3weeks?4/1/10 to 4/22/10
5.The scaffolding and plywood could be removed for Fancelli4/28/10
6.Fancelli painters show up to finish cabinetry5/2/10 to 6/2/10
7.Stain?and or clear coat floor6/7/10 to 6/11/10
8.Install fumiture6/14/10
JP asked to be notified with as much advance notice as to when the room is ready to schedule the painters
