kind of know the lay of the land on the case, and I think we will get either Judge Middlebrooks, Judge Marra, or

meeting. I just wanted to remind you that and I talked about the case a few times and she was a
great help.
I am hoping to get all the evidence back from tomorrow, so I will have everything back up here in
West Palm by Friday morning. I am meeting with the agents and group supervisor on Friday afternoon for a
strategy session. Any chance my CEOS colleague can participate? At least by phone?
