Hi Alex an — I just reviewed Jay's letter. It now seems that they are dissatisfied with all three prongs of our
agreement , 18 months' imprisonment, and pleading to a registrable offense). I'm not sure where we go
from here, but I certainly do not want to give them our evidence, since we have already given them too much
information about our case. Do you want to do a conference call before you talk to Jay? Or I can come down to
Miami to meet with you, if that is better.
